Having a driver’s license does not automatically mean that we feel safe in traffic. Especially for expats with a foreign driver’s license who have to retake the exam for the Dutch driver’s license, this is sometimes a challenging reality.

How come? Simple, because experienced drivers are often skilled in solving problems, while a CBR examiner is hardly interested in how we solve problems. No, an examiner prefers to sign you up for a Dutch driver’s licence if you has shown that risky situations were prevented early.

In order to bring an experienced driver up to the level for a safe execution of a (exam) drive, it is important that the basics of driving are at a high level. This means being able to steer well and applying an eye-steer coordination that shows that the driver first looks before moving the steering wheel. We also know that the way of braking has a major influence on the chances of success, which is why we are happy to teach you a braking technique that is known by racing car drivers and belongs to an advanced and specialistic driving training program.

With the effect of this advanced driving skill, a few sessions on public roads in traffic, if necessary the CBR driving test and your daily journeys, you will drive even more smoothly and safely in Dutch traffic.

This course is completely provided, including fun, lunch and, if necessary transfer to and from the nearest railway station. (Deurne) Because expats from all over the Netherlands can participate, we have put together a unique arrive and drive packages with for example:

• English-language theory
• Additional driving lessons on the road
• Followed by a TTT and/or CBR exam
• Hotel or guesthouse overnight stays
